Hi, my name's Leila.

Like a lot of dog owners, my best mate goes everywhere with me - the park, road trips, weekends away, mates' places. But I kept running into the same problem. In summer he'd be panting on the hot ground trying to find somewhere cool to lie, and in winter he'd be curled up on cold, hard floors. At home or away, he never seemed to have a comfortable spot of his own.

I tried the usual padded beds, but they trapped heat, soaked up every spill, and were hopeless to lug around. None of them solved the real issue - getting him up off the ground, cool, and comfortable, wherever we happened to be.

So I started looking for a better way. When I found an elevated bed that lifted him off the floor and let air flow all around him, everything changed. He could finally cool down in summer, stay off the cold in winter, and rest properly - and because it folded flat, it came with us everywhere. From there I built out the rest of the kit: raised bowls for easier mealtimes and a comfy carrier for the little ones, all designed around the same idea.

We've since helped dog lovers dogs stay cool, comfortable and off the floor - at home and on every adventure. I started CoolPaws because our best mates deserve to be just as comfortable as we are, wherever the day takes us.
